Woocommerce related images sizing

Over all my problem is probably that our images are to large. But…. I can’t seem to get a combination that will let the product image be a large image and not get cropped off at the same time.
If I shrink the images down they do display fine in both the product and Related but when the user click on the product pic to view a larger image….the image is to small to really see any details.
I added some screen shots.
