Woocommerce Extras breaking variation images

Hi there,

We have images set by variation. These images have been broken lately and not displaying.
I turned off all plugins except for Woocommerce and Woocommerce Extras and the problem persisted.
I turned off Woocommerce Extras (so only Woocommerce is active) and the variation images showed.
I have since turned on all plugins except for Woocommerce Extras and they continue to work as they should.
I tested with both Ascend and Twenty Fifteen themes.

Could you please see if you can see what the issue is for me?
