Hi,

Though a customer question, I learned that the “State” field on the Checkout page is not working properly. It can be filled in via the dropdown, but when “Proceed to PayPal” button is clicked, it does Woocommerce does not recognize that the field has been filled. It gives the customer this error: “Billing State is a required field.” Customers cannot complete the checkout because of this error.
