Why is is so HARD to find documentation on this theme?

There is NO DOCUMENTATION on this theme, I have been struggling with it for a long time. For instance I would
like to know is in the Home Icon Menu section of the Home Layout of Theme Options what is the last text box prompted with a # used for. I hope it is for a link but do not know what options there are ?????
I know it may sound basic to some that have used the theme for a while but it takes time to figure this stuff out when some good documentation could same me and other HOURS.
