Virtue theme support?

Hi,
Our business site runs on Virtue, which is no longer a ‘current’ theme. Our annual $99 subscription, purchased before the Kadence buyout, has expired. Just wondering what our support options are moving forward? If we sign up for one of the current products – Essential, Full or Lifetime – does that get us any ongoing Virtue updates? Or might Virtue stop working if/when WordPress progresses too far?
