Hi thank you so much for your responses on other topics, I am working through them right now. It is really starting to come together and look good. Thank you so much for your help, it is making all the difference.

1. I am having an issue where digital products require a shipping address and phone number.

This is with regards to our catalogue and I don’t want to be collecting phone numbers or addresses from people who just want to download the catalogue.

I think that I’ve been able to get around it requiring a phone number but I cannot get around removing the address because this would affect the actual physical items which require postage and I cannot take this risk.

Would you have a workaround so that people can have a digital download and not have to provide any info or just have to provide an email only pls.

As it is right now I would never take up the offer of any freebies because too much information is required for a simple download.

2. On the product page is it possible to have the description positioned underneath the ADD TO CART button? At the moment it is right underneath the product picture but my concern is that if people don’t scroll down they won’t ever notice or read the description.

3. On the product page is it possible to have the thumbnails smaller underneath the main product and scrolling to show 3 or 4 on one line as opposed to 4 over 2 lines?

4. On the home page *Login to see link where it says products for sale in red is it possible to have a red line go in front of these words and behind it as well such as

______________________ PRODUCTS FOR SALE ____________________

with the line in the middle of the words?

Also while you load the page do you think it is really quite slow? to me it is slower than I would expect, and wondering if there is something I can do about that?
