Variation swatches inconsistenly displaying

Hi there,
I can’t work out if this is something I am not getting consistently right in the settings or if there is a bug with the plugin. On a site I am building I have variation swatches for most the products. When you click on the swatch it is supposed to display at the large image. However, some variations display and some do not when clicked.
Take this product as an example:
*Login to see link duck egg on white (2nd swatch) and soft pink on white (5th swatch) do not display when clicked but the rest do when clicked?
Can you confirm is this something I have wrong in the settings or is it a bug that needs resolving please?
