Using Generate Press on my site but it loads ads in header section without any

Hello I am using generate press premium theme on my website, the problem is it loads google auto ads in the header section which I feel trigger to invalid clicks.
So when you loads a website it make space like that and when it loads it shows like that
it doesn’t have any space in it very close. I want to ask you that if I change my theme from Generate press to Kadence shall I fix it or there is any way that I can prevent it from being loaded like that. Is free Kadence version can resolve my issue or should i buy a premium version of the theme. For reference you can visit my website to check how it shows
