Tweaking Virtue Carousel

Hi again,
the image carousel here dpkaelte.de looks great, just needs a few tweaks please:
1. no link (could not target it because the div id changes on every refresh ?!?)
2. show caption text (the simple carousel shows captions but crops the images)
3. no arrows left <> right
