Transparent header background visible when scroll with fixed header

Hi, I have activated Transparent header to put the content on the top. This header has a white background with some opacity.
I have also activated the fixed header. This header must have the same background color and opacity.
The problem is that the you can see how transparent header background scrolls up when you scrolls down the page and the two backgrounds are visible at the same time.
I have added 3 screenshot with the sequence.

How should I configure it to have always the same background with some transparency and fixed?
