Topbar one widget to the far left and one widget to the far right

Hello,
Trying to customize the topbar at *Login to see link
1. Is it possible to have one widget (with search bar) the far left of the topbar and another widget (social media icons) to the right in the topbar, next to my account and the cart? My Account and Cart still to be at the edge at the far right.
2. How can I change the colour of the social media icons in the virtue social media widget? So it is in the same lilac colour as the sites primary colour.
3. I have added an image to the topbar with selling points text. Can I get this image be aligned to the bottom of the topbar?
Have played around with some code found in other questions here but did not get it to work.
