Theme support for title-tag creating duplicate titles

Hi guys! I have two different <title> tags showing up on my website. I use Yoast, and did a little digging and found this article: *Login to see link
I know Pinnacle uses theme support for title-tag, but I’m also using a child theme. So I’m not sure how to fix this, and figured you could point me in the right direction. To see duplicate <title>, look at any page on *Login to see link .
