Theme and woocommerce server overloads

Hi there,
I’ve been back and forth with my host for the last couple of days trying to fix a server overloading issue. We believe we’ve narrowed it down to an issue between the theme and woocommerce interaction.
Would you mind having a look at the latest error log?
