Testimonials – styling

Hi there, I’ve had a good search for this but sorry, can’t figure it out.
So far I’ve got the testimonials form shortcode at the top of the testimonials grid page, so submitted approved testimonials show after it, that’s fine.
However the form itself is much too large for my purposes.
I need to condense it down so it is using the width of the page with smaller input boxes and titles (and perhaps hiding the company input box); all so a user view can still see where the submitted testimonials continue on.
Could you give me some help on how to do this please?
