Hey, I wrote support tickets today and last Friday with attachments, but I did not get delivery confirmations to my e-mail account. On my first ticket without an attachment a view days ago, I got a message stating “We received your message! Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.” Is your premium ticket system operational?
