Styling of modal lightbox for product

I have product popups which are not looking right. Scroll bars appear when, by selecting a variation, a user causes the content to expand very slightly. It’s unsightly and not optimally usable.
Being moderately stupid, I am unable to work out how to correct it. I have tried various things. I have increased the size of the outer container to a ridiculous extent to highlight the fact that the { width:100%; height:100% } is not working. Incidentally, at the larger size, it is no longer centering.
Can you suggest anything? To reproduce the problem, click any “QuickView” button (pale magenta).
