Small caps for menus. How? Custom CSS?

I would like to use small caps for the menu (similar to this site: *Login to see link ). Is there custom CSS I can use within the theme to accomplish this? I would like to know how to do it for topbar, primary, secondary, and mobile menus (individually, as I may need some and not others). Any CSS help would be greatly appreciated! -Dan
