Selecting/Deseleting Posts – Post Grid/Carousel

Selecting posts is fairly easy to do. Deselecting posts – that had me stuck for a while.
To deselect, one needs to click Select Post – then search for the same posts – remembering their name – then click on them to deselect. It’s not obvious.
Two ideas – one would be to simply put a red X next to each of the posts selected – under the Select Post button. Alternatively, when hitting that button, perhaps show the list of posts already selected at the top. So one could see what one’s chosen and choose to remove them if necessary.
