Secondary Menu items not lining up right

hello,
my secondary menu just started acting strange. you can see it at hlbinvestments.com
i would like to have my list items not stack ontop of eachother (like on the “storage units” tab). i would also like them to be more spaced out.
can anyone please help me with this?
