Scroll script in footer

Hi,
i added the scroll script in a text widget of the footer:
<script type="text/javascript">jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {$('#nav-main').localScroll({offset: -180});});</script>
worx super great, it just doubles the hight of my footer. Can we please counter this somehow ?
I’d like the footer real thin for this site (o-zen.de)
