same slider, same images different sizes??

Hi,
pls have a look at the slider ( below the upper ad) here
and here
Pls hoever over the images
UPDATE: We amended the prob with CSS, but my IT guy still says the themes are different on the sites — again, same Virtue etc…
What you will see is that have different sizes and *Login to see link also makes them bigger than good, so parts getr cut off..
My IT guy says its about the theme…
“the theme is DIFFERENT”
I say that cant be…he insists
I have no idea, but it is the same version of virtue…

any idea why THAT is?
