Removing header and footer from new order email

Hi there,
I’ve been trying to remove the header and footer for new customer order emails that get delivered to my email.
I’ve attempted to do this previously and it’s coming up with internal server error when i try to test the order email.
Could you provide me with them template in order to do so?
