Is it possible to make a copy of the price slider filter widgit and make it filter by attributes?

I got a ton of attributes. (dimensions 10 ml to 300 ml / height / width for example ), I would like a range slider where I could set the attributes to filter by. is this possible (or could you point me in the right direction where the price slider code is in the theme so I can take a look at it?)

could I make a copy and register as addition widgit, and modify the feilds (attributes to slide between)

Could you point me in the direction of how to do this? (rather than purchasing an additional plugin)
