Price range variable product

Hi there,
Was wondering, in your premium theme, if there is any way I could change variable product price range when it appears in its ‘category’ or in my ‘featured product carousel’ on the homepage?
For example, instead of displaying ‘£9.99 – £99.99’ it will display just the lowest price of ‘£9.99’ ??
any help appreciated!
