Prevent zoom on mobile

Hi,
I had this code in my child-theme functions.php to prevent zoom on mobile:
//Prevent zoom on mobile
function kt_prevent_zoom() {
echo ‘<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no” />’;
}
add_action( ‘wp_head’, ‘kt_prevent_zoom’, 15 );
and it was working fine, but now stopped to work. I tested it only on Iphone, here is the link
Should I change the code, or what?
