Portfolio Featured Image Cropped

I have a couple images that are getting cropped on the Portfolio item page (for ex. *Login to see link but others are sizing proportionally (for ex. *Login to see link
I went through settings for the site, on the individual settings, and for the media item itself, but am not seeing anything to explain why they’re being sized differently.
What am I missing? I’m assuming that it’s something simple, but it’s escaping me.
