Portfolio and Staff Carrousel

Below “WHO WILL WE DISCOVER NEXT? To purchase click on a wine label below” you can see the first row (which is the Carrousel I tried implementing) and how it used to display.
#1 – I would like to have the Carousel display my portfolio items in a LANDSCAPE mode and that every image is the same size. How do I do that?
#2 – At the end of the page, below “MEET THE MAKERS, REQUEST A PRIVATE TASTING” I would like to have the same Carrousel scroller for my Staff members. How do I remove the preview text under each staff?
