Pages Content Template

Hello – I have a small site that I am currently adding services pages to. Most of these pages have a little Kadence spacer at the top and bottom and a button on the bottom. I was hoping to create a page template to use for my content so when I have a page to add, I basically just have to copy and paste it in more or less.
I created a template and applied it to all single pages and see that it replaced all the content. Is there any way to create a template but pull in the current content that is already on the page? Or, how is that done, does it work, for the preexisting pages?
Additional question: If I wanted to add the H1 page title and breadcrumbs inside the above template, I could figure it out fairly straight forward. But, what if wanted to do these as content sections? There are many placement options that all seem the same, just slightly different in wording. Would you recommend adding the H1 and/or breadcrumbs as content sections, and if so where?
