Page builder, how can I reduce the space between rows to 0px

Hi guys,
I cant figure out how to reduce the space between two page builder rows,
Underneath my homepage slider(at the top of the page) I have a row of 4 icons (design, planning,supply,fitout)
How can I reduce the space between the page builder row & this row of icons?
I have all the page builder settings at “0”, I think…
