Not letting me click 'Theme Options'

Hi, I’ve just installed Virtue Premium but whenever I click ‘Theme Options’ (or any of them from the rollover menu) I get the following error:
PHP Warning: fileperms() [function.fileperms]: stat failed for D:PCCHostDovetail/ in D:PCCHostDovetailwp-adminincludesfile.php on line 869
line 869 of file.php says:
define(‘FS_CHMOD_DIR’, ( fileperms( ABSPATH ) & 0777 | 0755 ) );
I’m guessing this is an error in the permissions or do I need to physically write the ABSPATH in wp-load.php or that? Thanks!
