Multiple header elements of a single type — possible?

Hello!
Is there currently a way to use two HTML elements or two buttons in the header? When I use the button, for example, there is no longer a button listed in available elements, so I can basically only use it once.
Along the same lines, where are the controls for adjusting the size/margin/padding for mobile logo versus desktop logo or must I do this with CSS?
