Multi Column Menu help

Hi,
I am looking to change my primary menu to a multi column menu, which I know how to do.
What I would like to achieve, is something like this http://www.soak.com
Like the website above, I would like to have a number of headings which drop down, but without that main heading being a page or category. For example, when you click on the menu, it drops down but does not take you to another page or category.
Is this possible? I can’t work it out.
