Moving Image Focus on Featured Image on Page Header

Is there a way to change the focus point on a page header background image if using the “Use Featured Image” option is selected?
Currently you can only modify the image focus point if you choose the option which uses the same image for all pages of the site. Using a featured image does not permit refocusing on a per page level.
I watched Adam’s tutorial and it does not cover moving the focus point on featured images.
