Missing Icons. Icons are displaying an X where they should be.

Hello,
My site is missing key icons for the theme and some plugins. For example, on mobile where the menu should be it has a X. And I have icons such as tea cups and they are displaying an X instead. The admin bar is missing from the home page too. Plus I’m using visual composer and the key icons for there are missing. I feel that something is blocking them all from showing. Could someone help please?
