Main Menu Alignment

Hi, hope you guys are all safe & well?
I have ecided to try and teach myself how to use Blocks (not going brilliantly so far but I’ll perservere) but my question is about menu alignment and this happens on every site I build. Even though I choose the logo to be left with the menu items after it; oit always puts the menu items right adjust (see image below).
Is there something I am doing wrong / not setting properly since this is on every site I build?
