Logo Padding not working, when not set other fields to 0

Hi there,
I found a small “bug”.
I have the transparent header active and want to give the Logo a padding:
In customizer it is working but not in the frontend.
It is working when I set 0 2 0 0. But when I don’t put in “0” (the fields are empty) the padding is not working in the frontend :)!
