Kadence updates failing

Hi
We are having trouble updating Kadence Pinnacle Theme and Kadence Slider to newest version.
When trying tu update – we get the error message:
Updata failed. Download failed. cURL error 28: connect() timed out!
Update fails both on membership activated sites and on regular licence key sites.
