Hi,

I have been trying the Kadence product for a few weeks, and I really liked it. However, due to some urgent cash needs, I submitted a refund request through the Kadence Support section before the 30-day return period expired.

It has been about five days, and I am still waiting for a response regarding my request. However, I have neither received my refund nor any reply.

Could you please assist me?
