Kadence portfolio grid/carousel show titles

Hello,
I have two issues –
1) How can I make the titles appear permanently instead of appearing only on mouse hover? (which is not suitable for mobile, where there is no mouse hover)
2) For some reason there’s a huge gap under the portfolio grid/carousel. How can I cancel this gap? (see in the picture)
