Kadence Noob! Shocked by number of plugins . . .

I am new and from what I’ve seen Kadence looks amazing! I’m not complaining, but was a little taken back upon first logging in. The review I thought I remembered watching on YouTube was talking about how Kadence removed the need for so many 3rd party plugins. When I go to download the pro theme and pro tools there is a GIANT LIST of 3rd party plugins lol
Is there any plans to maybe just have one Kadence distribution plugin that you can then go and click install from WordPress whatever you need rather than having to download all these individual plugins?
Also, do I need to install Kadence Blocks and Kadence Blocks Pro? Or just Pro?
