Kadence Custom Font seems not working

I’m not sure if i have to post this question here or in another topic. I couldn’t find any similar question in the forum.
I’m using Kadence Custom Font plugin to install several custom fonts to my site. My procedure is:
1. Add new font
2. Choose a Font Family Name
3. Upload the woff file
4. Chose a fallback font stack. (Helvetica)
5. Add eot file
6. Add svg file
7. Publish
Whatever font i publish doesn’t work seem to work when I’m trying to change fonts by customising my theme’s typography. Whatever font i choose the result is to get the fallback choise, Helvetica. I removed the plugin and installed it again and the same thing happens. Do you have any suggestions?
