Kadence Blocks creating huge CLS Issue

Hi this problem i am facing from few months, Kadence Blocks are not loading properly in the first place. All blocks i created with raw layout are creating a huge CLS (shift) while loading the page. Here are some examples:

This is also can be seen in the Google PageSpeed Insights
I am using a plugin called WP rocket, when i disable the java script delay option, the problem solves. When i turn on the java script delay option the blocks starts to glitch.
Can i fix this problem by excluding the Kedence Blocks Script in the wp rocket plugin??
Help me out with any suggestions!
