Is IE8 and IE9 supported?

On my website (*Login to see link ) I noticed that:
– IE9: The middle part (basically everything between topbar and footer) does not show up, it’s just blank white
– IE8: Looks like the CSS is not applied at all, site really looks like being without a layout
I did not test on a later IE with its web developer emulation tools but on real IE versions. I do not care sooo much about IE8, because due to using https-only, my site does not support WinXP anyway. But I think IE9 should be supported.
IE 10 and IE 11 are more or less fine.
