increase margins of blog post

Hi team
How can I increase the left and right margins of blog posts?
Right now, the margins are too close to the edges of the body.
With pages, I used as a workaround the pagebuilder widget and adjusted the row margins.
But blog posts don’t have that option..
(Also, using the editor’s margins works ok for content, though not ideal, but not for post titles.. Just to say I looked for workarounds..)
