How to make this type of menu using Pinnacle Theme?

I would like to know if is possible to have a similar menu to this one where you click on “Men Clothes” and the main menu change to show only men categories, and then “Women Clothes” and the main menu change to only women categories.
I think I could do this having two (2) main menu items MEN and WOMAN and then have submenus under each of these items, but somehow have the submenus always shown. Usually, submenus only are shown when you hover over the main menus. Is it possible to have sub menus alwawys shown defatult under one menu even when you don’t hover the main menu.
