How to add a ‘Size’ drowpdown menu below the ‘add to card’ button on woocommmerce product page?

I like to add selectable sizes, and I do have a string like: UK 5|UK 5/6|UK 6|UK 7|UK 7/8|UK 8|UK 9

Unfortunately, neither the word Size nor the drop-down menu shows up anywhere. Currently, I do have the ‘simple product’ template. But even with a variation one, I just don’t get it to display there.

I want to the attributes section, but it seems I can’t enter my string there. So how to do it? Any suggestions?
