home-icon and height problems

Hi,
Hopefully you can help me with the following css-problem.
I’ve on the folling page a secondary menu with a home-icon. The problem is that the black background color of the mouse-over effect on the home-icon and on the menu text (Yhteystiedot) is not of same height. I would like to have the mouse-over effect on both with equal height, and I would like to resize the home-icon. The home-icon is now to big.
