hide/remove Kadence Block Controls

Hi,
I’m trying to hide/remove Kadence Block Controls from my customers without success. I don’t want them to change global controls because I’ve multi-author site.
I read post *Login to see link about Block Defaults visibility settings but if I log-in as admin and change block setting visibility e.g. for Spacer/Divider:
‘Enabled All Setting for’ -> Minimum User role Admin and then
– If I log-in as Customer without admin Role, customer sees Visibility Settings and is able to set setting back to e.g.
‘Enabled All Setting for’ -> All Users.
Is there a filter that I could use to hide/remove Kadence Block Controls from other user roles?
