HELP with Fake / Spam Registrations

Hello!
Congratulations on joining iThemes. We were having serious SPAM registrations on http://www.great-eastern-sun.com and added noCaptcha plugin – which helped with SPAM – yet frustrated customers. (see not below). I wanted to ask if you know of any other alternative we could test out that will not frustrate our customers?

FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER CAN’T LOGIN with noCAPTCHA
“Your “captchas” are horrible. I am 60 years old. You want me to spot a blurry, tiny picture of some sort of machine and ascertain whether or
not it is a tractor. You do not understand who your customers are. Our eyesdo not work very well after age 50. You want me to spot “stairs”. One molecule of stair was probably in one of the squares. Should I click it or not? That molecule certainly is not “stairs”. Does not look like “stairs”.You want me to spot “traffic lights”. One of them was probably, I have no idea really, backwards. Who knows what the heck it was? It had sorta the same blurry color as the other blurry traffic lights, but since it was the back of something, it did
not LOOK like a traffic light, yet it might have been a traffic light.Frustrating and not fun. And yet I still was not able to purchase miso.”
