Header separated from body of page & body full width though Box mode selected.

Hello Ben and Hannah. I am having a weird issue with a website. For some strange reason the Header and the main menu have separated itself from the rest of the page. Even though Box mode is selected the page is also showing full width. I have tried disabling plugins to see if any recent updates would have caused the issue and I have tried different browsers. Not sure what is going on. Can you help? Thanks.
